"Saw the doctors at The Princeton Club offering free foot and ankle screenings for athletes. I love working out and cross-fit training - and they spent a lot of time explaining how sports injuries occur and how they can be prevented. They even took a look at my 2 year old son and evaluated his feet and watched him walk. They explained to me when I should expect to see an arch develop, and what to do if his feet still look flat when he starts preschool.
