A Tailor’s bunion, also often called a bunionette, is an inflammation and protrusion, or bump, on the bone below your fifth (little) toe. It resembles a bunion, but is smaller and on the opposite side of the foot. It occurs in the area where your fifth toe connects to the long bones in your foot – your metatarsals.
