Dr. Weber is a Fellowship Trained Foot and Ankle Surgeon whose approach to health care is directed toward patient education and evidence based research. Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Weber was an educator and running coach, and this mentality has carried over into
his medical practice to help patients understand their condition and select the treatment option that best fits their unique needs.
A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Dr. Weber attended Hope College in Holland, Michigan where he had a successful collegiate running career. He became an All American 1500 meter runner during his time at Hope, and met his wife, who was a sprinter and hurdler for the women’s team. They have a dog, Lilly, who loves running with them.
Dr. Weber’s medical education and training sets him apart from other foot and ankle specialists in the Milwaukee area. After graduating from medical school in Iowa, Dr. Weber completed a 3 year surgical residency focused on all aspects of foot and ankle surgery at The Detroit Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of Michigan. After residency, Dr. Weber had the opportunity to
begin his practice, but instead was invited to pursue an additional year of advanced training at one of the most well-respected Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Fellowships
in the country at The Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center in Columbus, Ohio. During his fellowship year, Dr. Weber gained an advanced skill set in reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle with a focus on total ankle replacement surgery, sports medicine, trauma, and diabetic limb deformity correction.

“One of the most important qualities I can offer to my patients is being a good listener. Every patient has a problem and expectations that are unique. My goal with every patient is to help them fully understand their condition and treatment options, and work together as a team to help them meet their expectations and improve their quality of life.”
A little more about me
My wife, Erin, and I met while running track together in college. We have a dog, Lilly, who loves going on long runs with us and comes with us almost everywhere we go. We enjoy running, cycling, kayaking, and visiting new places. We’re very excited to live in Wisconsin after having
grown up in Michigan because it’s much easier to be a Packers fan than a Lions fan!
